The Consulting Analyst is an established market analyst with high ownership of work and end-to-end fulfilment of Growth partnership service deliverable projects. As well as leading Growth Opportunity Analytics project fulfilment, there will be increasing involvement in Frost Radars and interactive Growth Opportunity Analytics deliverables such as client presentations, Analyst Briefings, Mover & Shaker interviews etc., as well as research involvement in CSDs and Growth Advisory projects. The main objective is to increase market sector expertise and client interaction with a focus on analyzing markets and identifying growth opportunities.
Contact existing & potential new clients within existing & new accounts, examine industry specific needs within a specified geographic region, introduce new clients to Frost & Sullivan services & capabilities. Maintain relationships with existing clients to better meet their needs. Generate Frost & Sullivan Growth Pipeline as a Service revenues primarily through Key Account development.
Uncover potential new Frost & Sullivan clients using heavy proactive customer engagement activity. Determine the client's needs using Consultative Customer Engagement model, Growth Pipeline Dialogs & empathetic listening. Offer products & services which best match the clients’ needs & use all resources available to close the customer engagement. Maintain business relationships with existing clients while forging strong relationships with new clients. Involve with the Growth Opportunity Analytics team through Growth Pipeline Dialogs concerning topic development.
