The Senior Executive is a crucial contributor to the organization's growth and success, responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives. They assist in managing various aspects of change management, including planning, organizing, and controlling the transformation process. The Senior Executive excels in interpersonal communication and possesses excellent oral and written skills. They build and maintain trusted relationships with peers both within and outside the organization, fostering collaboration at all levels.

• Act as a media contact/relations, responding to media inquiries and proactively developing new media contacts from consumer, business, and trade publications
• Create powerful media campaigns on the back of breaking news
• Create and implement campaigns that will include all communications efforts – from PR to media campaigns to social media – to ensure they work together in harmony
• Online PR
• Coordinate with industry spokespersons and create content, insights, thought leadership that is marketable.
• Identify speakership & knowledge partnership opportunities for Frost & Sullivan spokespersons in External Industry Events.
• Liaise with Industry Associations and Key top publications for knowledge partnership/editorial partnership opportunities
• Supporting Frost & Sullivan internal events, and getting media partners on board on barter basis.
• Assist with the creation of compelling marketing brochures, infographics, e-mail campaigns, videos etc
• Media monitoring
• Network and liaise with clients and potential clients for value-added activities like interviews and briefings.
• Delivery of personal monthly status report (MSR) and regular achievement analysis every month in the format followed in the region.
• Complete any additional activities necessary to fulfill the objectives of the position efficiently.
• Ability to understand business goals, regional vision and drive the India strategy
• Experience in creating, copywriting, and proofreading of insights and any other promotional literature in English
• Should know key social media channels such as Linkedin, X, Instagram.
• The ability to forge strong internal working relationships and the confidence to communicate with media and external suppliers
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with strategic and forward planning, thought process
• A team player with the drive, ambition, and self-motivation to succeed regardless of the challenges

• Min 2 to 3 years Experience In the areas of PR/ Corp Comm in a PR Agency or large MNC
• Social Media Management would be an added advantage
• Internal Communication
• Creating, copywriting and proof-reading of promotional literature in English
• Proficient in English language is a must. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
