Overview

The Senior Executive is a crucial contributor to the organization's growth and success, responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives. They assist in managing various aspects of change management, including planning, organizing, and controlling the transformation process. The Senior Executive excels in interpersonal communication and possesses excellent oral and written skills. They build and maintain trusted relationships with peers both within and outside the organization, fostering collaboration at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop digital roadmap/strategy and plan for India and Middle East region.
  •  Responsible of all digital marketing channels – website, social media platforms
    etc.
  • Responsible for carrying out successful performance marketing campaigns, basis
    the budget allocated for both India and Middle East.
  • Create, implement and measure digital marketing campaigns.
  •  Online PR - Ideate, strategize, and execute nurturing media, influencer and
    partner relationships online.
  •  Strategize to reach our TG/Clients by showcasing our thought leadership.Work with ME team to create Arabic content for online promotion.
  •  Coordinate, ideate on video/ other multimedia content for social media.
  • Platforms and other campaigns. Includes interviews w/key clients, industry
    stakeholders.
  •  Works closely together with the marketing/communications team to ensure that
    the branding, design language are streamlined as the regional/global policy.
  •  Maintain, update and manage the social media platforms and ensure that the
    messaging is aligned with the regional marketing communications and global
    focus.
  •  Assist and support on the briefings/webinars with the webinar teams.
  •  Delivery of personal monthly status report (MSR) and regular achievement
    analysis every month in the format followed in the region.
  • Complete any additional activities necessary to fulfill the objectives of the
    position efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Min 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing (incl. Content Marketing, Performance
    Marketing, Online PR, SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media Management)
  • Experience in creating, executing and measuring digital marketing plan.
  • The ability to forge strong internal working relationships and the confidence to
    communicate with external vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with a strategic and forward.
  • Planning thought process
  • A team player with the drive, ambition and self-motivation to succeed regardless
    of the challenges.
  • Proficient in English language is a must. Proficiency in other languages will be an
    added advantage.
  • Knowledge of video editing, video content creation would be an added
    advantage.
