The Research Associate is is a full time entry level position, ideal for either a graduate or candidate with limited experience.  The Research Associate delivers research and analysis to support Growth partnership service deliverables for the Program Area. Key objective at this career stage is to develop as a solid analyst, developing fundamental research skills and a sound understanding of Frost & Sullivan Growth Opportunity Analytics processes.  Main focus will be on Growth partnership service deliverables such as Growth Opportunity studies and Best Practice Awards.

(The definitive position title and internal corporate level will be established through a sequence of interviews and assessments)

• Data Collection through secondary and primary research (with OEMs, Suppliers, Govt. Agencies, academia, industry associations, investors etc.,) 
• Contribution to technology news alerts, syndicated and/or custom market research, technology reports, analyst briefings, media / press articles
•  Proactively contribute to achieve individual as well as overall team’s target
•  Providing training, feedback, and coaching if needed
• Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded, timelines are heeded
• Develop excellent quality content

• Mine, Analyze, Synthesize volumes of data towards to develop strong visionary and out-of-the-box content that addresses specific business objectives 
• Formulate technology roadmaps; recommend new areas of growth in the global connected and autonomous vehicle industry, new business opportunities for the client stakeholders etc
• Do market forecasting, best practices understanding, competition bench marking, product mapping, technology forecasting, technology bench marking
