Overview

The Research Analyst is an established market analyst with high ownership of work and end-to-end fulfilment of Growth partnership service deliverable projects.  As well as leading Growth Opportunity Analytics project fulfilment, there will be increasing involvement in Frost Radars and interactive Growth Opportunity Analytics deliverables such as client presentations, Analyst Briefings, Mover & Shaker interviews etc., as well as research involvement in CSDs and Growth Advisory projects.  The main objective is to increase market sector expertise and client interaction with a focus on analyzing markets and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Data Collection through secondary and primary research (with OEMs, Suppliers, Govt. Agencies, academia, industry associations, investors etc.,)
  • Contribution to technology news alerts, syndicated and/or custom market research, technology reports, analyst briefings, media / press articles
  • Proactively contribute to achieve individual as well as overall team’s target
  • Providing training, feedback, and coaching if needed
  • Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded, timelines are heeded
  • Develop excellent quality content
  • Work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience

Qualifications

  • key subject matter partner on strategic insights and trends related to autonomy.
  • Demonstrate sophisticated analytical & forecasting skills.
  • Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills
  • Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
  • Flair for Creative Problem Solving; Logical Reasoning; Analytical Thinking; Strategic orientation
  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing; Graduate/ Post-graduate degree in engineering
  • 6-10 years of experience in or related to market research, consulting or go-to-market strategy
  • Mine, Analyze, Synthesize volumes of data towards to develop strong visionary and out-of-the-box content that addresses specific business objectives
  • Do market forecasting, best practices understanding, competition bench marking, product mapping, technology forecasting, technology bench marking
  • Formulate technology roadmaps; recommend new areas of growth in the global chassis, safety and autonomous vehicle industry, new business opportunities for the client stakeholders etc.
  • Are Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
  • Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Are disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards
  • Is a strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business
