Overview

The company has a stimulating opportunity in the Commercial practice area focused on business development and account management. The role requires the Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate demand and awareness of our products and services across a broad portfolio of clients. The primary focus of the position is prospecting, qualifying, generating, and with assistance from a senior account executive closing sales leads to drive new business development opportunities with the goal of developing your personal sales closing skills within the growth Advisory industry. The BDE will work closely with one or more Senior Account Managers to provide Frost & Sullivan’s international client base with Business and Market Intelligence solutions for bespoke Advisory services.

 

Position defined to do a combination of

i) Support account targeting and penetration

ii) Support senior customer engagement leaders in defined accounts

iii) Support campaign activity.

 

To learn all about Frost & Sullivan services while developing core customer engagement competency skills.  To move on to the S2 level, you must show at least 18 months of success in your current role and manage your business properly through all required performance metrics.  

Responsibilities

  • Frost & Sullivan in Saudi Arabia is at the centre of Firm’s regional growth plans, as business here is poised for an ambitious pace of growth in pursuit of opportunities in both government and private sectors.
  • We are seeking an experienced and exceptionally passionate business development professional to join our Saudi Arabia team.
  • To generate revenue and consistently achieve on target performance, by developing/maintaining client relationships and positioning Frost & Sullivan’s services & deliverables.
  • Strengthen the Frost & Sullivan brand equity within and beyond the core sectors in KSA
  • To penetrate accounts and build a strong base of account relationships in the Saudi market.
  • To develop account relationships with Key stake holders at mid and senior management levels.
  • Will be responsible for account development and management of dedicated accounts, and be responsible for generating business to meet sales targets.
  • Active lead generation and management of sales pipeline and invoicing and collection accountabilities.
  • Client Engagement and New Business Development Activity
  • Conduct client focused business development/networking activities in order to achieve individual revenue targets, in addition to all key performance indicators.
  • Proactively forge relationships with potential client organizations, to gain a deeper understand of potential business needs.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in-line with Frost & Sullivan’s capabilities and services.
  • Utilizing a consultative approach, generate new business opportunities from within and beyond the core industry.
  • Develop and maintain effective business/partnership relationships with key clients to ensure continued business for Frost & Sullivan.
  • Build relationship to up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded, timelines are heeded
  • Develop excellent quality content
  • Work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who -

Account Development and Management:

  • Ensure all existing business accounts are contacted and qualified with the aim of further developing client relationships and generating revenue, including identification of additional revenue streams.
  • Proactively build relationships with existing and potential clients to gain a greater understanding of current/future business needs, and to further Company’s business interests with key accounts
  • Effective sales pipeline management (generating the required ratio of pipeline opportunities in-line with achieving personal sales target).

Additional Responsibilities Include

The Ideal Candidate Should Be

  • Excellent verbal and written communication style, with a creative and innovative flair.
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic.
  • Must have direct contacts and networks across different sectors in Saudi Arabia
  • Proven ability to generate ‘on target’ personal sales and report accurate sales/pipeline data on a regular basis.
  • An overall understanding of business development process in consultative selling environment.
  • Able to demonstrate a tenacious, persistent and professional attitude. High influencing skills, with a confident, proactive and methodical approach.
  • Proven track record and consistency in delivering results

  • A Graduate degree with 1-2 years of experience in solution selling.
  • Proven track record of achieving results adopting consultative sales approach in business-to-business service markets following structured sales process, methods and practices.
  • Previous experience of generating new business and nurturing existing and new client business relationships.
  • Are Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
  • Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines
